Somalia: Three Arrested By Puntland for Taking U.S.$150,000 From Federal Government

Three employees of Bassoso Road Company have been arrested in Puntand in what appears to be a clash between the federal and regional government over the control of funds.

The three, Mohamud Hussein, Mohamed Haji, and Mohamed Fahiye reportedly received $150000 from the Federal government but the regional government wanted to have the final say over its usage.
