The Presidency has responded to claims by previous President Goodluck Jonathan that APC pioneers who were having fits at his organization on strategies concerning oil couldn’t toll better two years after they assumed control from him.
It says the distinction between President Muhammadu Buhari and previous President Goodluck Jonathan is trust.
When petrol went to N145 under PMB, Nigerians held their peace, unlike when they shut the country in 2012. The difference is trust. Simple.

Femi Adesina, representative of President Muhammadu Buhari, said this in light of Jonathan’s remarks on the response of Nigerians to the climb in oil based commodities under Buhari.
Jonathan had in meeting with PDP stalwalts on Thursday blamed the decision party for spreading purposeful publicity and falsehoods.
He plunged on Babatunde Fashola, pastor of energy, works and lodging, who as legislative leader of Lagos, said a genuine government must have the capacity to settle the power part.
Jonathan said the Buhari government had not possessed the capacity to accomplish its guarantee on control since it assumed control from him on May 29, 2015.
In 2012 when Jonathan’s legislature expanded the cost of fuel from N67 to N97, there were a progression of dissent the nation over.
After three years, when he was looking for reelection, Jonathan lessened the cost to N87, a move that was viewed as political.
