The Morocco continues to attract international companies. Just arrived, the French brand Logicom comes to officially announce its presence to the Morocco.
This telecommunications company specialized in the field of consumer electronics, and more particularly in the sector of telephony and the new technology unveiled Thursday in Casablanca its activities just as the identity of his Tenor Distrib partner during a press briefing.
The Logicom brand behind it more than a quarter century of experience. Founded in 1993 by Jean Bessis, it develops and markets Featurephones, Smartphones, tablets, DECT and Internet of things in line with the technological developments of the market. It provides including Orange, Bouygues Telecom and SFR.
The brand continues to innovate and expand its presence throughout the world, it exports its products to different countries of Europe and Africa such as: the Belgium, the Switzerland, the Italy, the Spain, the Portugal, the Tunisia, the Algeria, Senegal, Côte d’Ivoire, Mauritius and Cameroon. It is now present in 4,000 points of sale in France and more than 1,000 outlets internationally.
With an annual growth of 15%, Logicom was able to sell more than 55 million units, including through their direct partnership with Google, allowing it to guarantee its customers the best quality products with the latest versions of Android. According to the GFK for the 1st quarter of 2016, Logicom is ranked 3rd in terms of quantities sold. She realized a turnover of $ 100 million in 2015.
For its part, Tenor Distrib, new partner of Logicom, is a subsidiary of the Tenor holding group involved in value-added services. She is one of the 4 exclusive distributors of the products and services Inwi since February 2007 and covers the whole of the national territory through Inwi 74 stores and 1,000 resellers authorized for distribution of the Inwi products. She now realize an annual turnover of about 600 MD.
