[Photo: Social Media] The Libyan Air Force of east-based Khalifa Haftar’s self-styled army carried Saturday afternoon an airstrike on the runway of El Feel oilfield in southwestern Libya, nearly hitting an oil company plane that was transferring employees and staffers to Tripoli. The airstrike did not cause casualties and left behind very little damage to the runway. The Presidential Council instructed its Foreign Ministry to document the terrorist act and present it at the United Nations Security Council, citing the need to hold the ones behind endangering the lives of civilians and the resources of the country accountable.
