According to OwnGoalNigeria, a member of the Technical Committee of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), claims Rohr wanted to name the 23 players he was taking to Russia. However, the German coach eventually released a list of 30 players in his provisional squad, from which he will drop seven.
