Governor Abdullahi Ganduje of Kano State on Tuesday shooked hands and prayed with the Emir of Kano, Muhammadu Sanusi II.
The duo, who met at the Eid praying ground, were meeting for the first time since Governor Ganduje splited the Kano emirate into five.

The creation of the new emirates had generated controversy with some people claiming Ganduje spilted the emirate because Sanusi opposed his reelection bid.
