After a UFC fight, between newly minted champion Khabib Nurmagomedov and Conor McGregor, things got very heated up and ugly. UFC decided to withhold Nurmagomedov’s pay of $2 million citing inappropriate behavior.

This however, hasn’t gone well with the public. Rapper 50 Cent is among those who have opposed the decision to withhold the champion’s winnings and is reported to have offered him an opportunity to fight for rival Bellator and earn $1 million. 50 Cent took UFC to task over the matter, writing on Instagram that they were mistreating Nurmagomedov, especially considering the fact that despite the brawl, they paid McGregor his $3 million dollars from the same fight.

According to reports, the brawl started after McGregor hurled racial slurs at Nurmagomedov, which in turn sparked his raged leading to the after-match fight. The GRIO reports that, “Nurmagomedov beat McGregor and retained his lightweight title but afterward quickly jumped out of the ring and started throwing blows with members of McGregor’s team and his cornerman Dillon Danis. Nurmagomedov was reportedly outraged after McGregor hurled racist insults at him. McGregor also fought inside the cage with members of Nurmagomedov’s camp Zubaira Tukhugov and Esed Emiragaev.”
